Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TaskSpread and related services (“Service”), developed, designed, and owned by Conso4s Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).


By using TaskSpread, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TaskSpread, you confirm that:


  • You are legally able to enter into this agreement

  • You agree to comply with these Terms

  • You will use the service responsibly and lawfully


If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TaskSpread is a capacity-aware planning and task management platform that helps teams plan work, manage workload, and improve delivery predictability.


We may update or modify features at any time to improve the Service.

  1. User Accounts

You are responsible for:


  • Maintaining account confidentiality

  • All activities under your account

  • Providing accurate information


We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:


  • Use the Service for illegal purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system

  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Misuse the service to harm others

5. Payments & Billing

For paid plans:


  • Fees are billed as agreed (monthly or annually)

  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension


You are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled for TaskSpread.


By purchasing or subscribing to TaskSpread, you agree to the terms outlined below.

6.1. Free Trial (14-Days Trial): TaskSpread may offer a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate the platform.

During the trial period:
- You may access the available features of TaskSpread without being charged.
- No payment will be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

At the end of the trial period:
- Your account may be downgraded to a limited or free version of TaskSpread, or
- You may choose to upgrade to a paid subscription.

No charges will occur unless a paid subscription is activated.


6.2. Subscription Plans:
TaskSpread offers subscription plans that may be billed on either:

  • Monthly basis, or

  • Annual basis

Subscription pricing is generally based on the number of users (licenses) associated with your workspace or organization. All subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing period.


6.3. Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscription Plans

• You will be billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

After cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active and can continue to use the service/TaskSpread platform until the end of the current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.


6.4. Annual Subscription Plans

For annual plans:

• The subscription is billed once per year in advance.
• Your subscription will automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If you cancel an annual subscription:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid annual term.
• The subscription will not renew for the following year.

Annual subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Note: in specific circumstances, refunds may be considered (for annual subscription plans) at the sole discretion of the TaskSpread team under Conso4s (the parent organization). Such decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Conso4s retains the final authority and rights to determine whether a refund is granted.


6.5. Enterprise / Custom Plans

TaskSpread may offer Enterprise or Custom Plans for organizations requiring:

• Custom integrations
• Implementation support
• Advanced configuration
• Dedicated onboarding or consulting services

Enterprise pricing may include:

• A base TaskSpread license fee, typically based on the number of users, and
• Additional custom service charges based on the scope of work, effort, and agreed activities.

Enterprise plan terms, billing schedules, and cancellation conditions will be defined in a separate agreement or contract between TaskSpread (Conso4s) and the customer.

Refund eligibility for enterprise services will be governed by the specific enterprise agreement.


6.6. Refund Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law:

• All subscription fees are non-refundable (Monthly or/and Annual Subscription Plans), .
• TaskSpread does not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.


6.7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails or cannot be processed:

• TaskSpread may attempt to retry the payment.
• Access to certain features or the workspace may be limited/paused/restricted until the payment issue is resolved.

TaskSpread reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts with unresolved billing issues.


6.8. Changes to Pricing

TaskSpread may update subscription pricing from time to time.

If pricing changes occur:

• Existing customers will be notified in advance before the next billing cycle (via blog, email or within in-app notification).
• Updated pricing will apply only after the renewal date.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in TaskSpread (software, design, branding, content) belong to Conos4s Ltd.


You retain ownership of the data you upload.
You grant us permission to process it to provide the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of TaskSpread is also governed by our Privacy Policy.


We implement reasonable safeguards, but you are responsible for your own backups and data management.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.


We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:


  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are overdue

  • Misuse or security risks occur


You may stop using the Service anytime.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:


  • Error-free operation

  • Specific business results

  • Continuous availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:


Conos4s Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conos4s Ltd. from claims arising from:


  • Your misuse of the Service

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of third-party rights

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.


We will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use means acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction/Country], without conflict-of-law principles.

16. Consumer Rights (UK/EU)

Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable law, including but not limited to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or other relevant consumer protection legislation.


Where applicable law requires refunds or remedies, TaskSpread will comply with those legal obligations.

17. Digital Services and Right to Withdraw

By subscribing to TaskSpread and activating a paid plan, you expressly acknowledge that:


• TaskSpread provides digital services delivered electronically.
• Access to the service may begin immediately after subscription activation.


Where applicable under UK or EU consumer law, you acknowledge that your right to withdraw from a digital service may be limited once the service has been fully or partially performed with your consent.


By starting a paid subscription, you consent to the immediate provision of digital services.

18. GDPR and Data Protection

TaskSpread is committed to protecting user data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).


Key principles include:

• Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
• Data is collected only for legitimate business purposes related to the provision of TaskSpread services.
• Users retain rights regarding their personal data, including the right to access, rectify, or request deletion where applicable.

Additional information regarding data handling, processing, and security practices can be found in the TaskSpread Privacy Policy.


TaskSpread may act as:

Data Controller for user account information, and
Data Processor for customer data stored within the TaskSpread platform on behalf of workspace owners.


Customers using TaskSpread are responsible for ensuring that any personal data they store within the platform complies with applicable data protection laws.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, we encourage you to contact TaskSpread support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider.


Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

• Temporary suspension of access to the service, or

• Investigation of the account for potential misuse.


TaskSpread reserves the right to challenge or respond to chargebacks where charges were validly authorized and consistent with this policy.

20. Governing Entity

TaskSpread is a product operated and managed by Conso4s, which serves as the parent organization responsible for the operation, management, and administration of the TaskSpread platform.


Conso4s retains the right to interpret and apply the provisions of this policy where necessary, subject to applicable law.
